Mindful movement and meditation practices have been shown to reduce symptoms of anger, stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders. This session will combine therapeutic talk therapy with body-based grounding and stress relief techniques. This combination can help clients gain greater insight, strengthen the mind-body connection, and develop practical skills for addressing symptoms of stress, trauma, or anxiety in the moment.
