Welcome!

I deeply believe that each individual has the strength and resilience to make the changes to live the life they desire. Therapy is not always comfortable and, thankfully, not something any of us does alone. I would be honored to join alongside you on your journey to healing.

I help clients work through a wide range of issues, particularly grief (medical diagnosis, loss, unmet expectations), maternal mental health issues (fertility, relationship), and trauma. Together we will develop a plan to meet your goals for therapy.

In addition to using evidence-based talk therapy modalities, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and am a certified yoga instructor with experience and training in trauma-informed practices. Trauma and complex mental health symptoms can be improved by strengthening the mind-body connection. We use the body purposely to ground oneself in the present moment, increase strength and confidence, build self-regulation skills, and address how the body holds feelings.

We begin to find and become ourselves when we notice how we are already found, already truly, entirely, wildly, messily, marvelously who we were born to be.
